Managing audience engagement

Be strategic and deliberate about how much to engage and when to do so with your audience. Be cautious of audience fatigue as a result of too much or too frequent communication.

Rise above the noise so your engagement is focused and not generic. Make sure your engagement is meaningful. Build a custom metric based on the type of action expected from each of your core stakeholders. Remember to put an estimate on the time commitment expected from your audience.
