Shanx Ravisankar
R. “Shanx” Ravisankar is a business leader with extensive global experience in information technology, financial services and corporate governance. He was a founding member and CEO of Oracle Financial Services Software, (formerly known as i-flex Solutions), a global financial technology solutions company that was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2007. He retired as the Chief Operating Officer of Oracle’s Financial Services Global Business Unit. As a technology and business leader, Shanx has been profiled in leading trade and industry publications. Since his retirement, Shanx has been active in mentoring start-ups and in non-profit strategy, governance and oversight.
Shanx has served on the Board of The Eden II Programs, NY, since 2011, as Chairperson between 2012-2016, and currently as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee. He also serves on the board of Technisys. He has a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
